No app is a prerequisite for another. The first app you choose is $300 a year for the whole school, and it includes your roster, staff accounts, Main Office, Dismissal and Walkie. Each additional app costs less than the one before: $300, then $250, then $200, then $150. One app is $300, two are $550, and all 4, the Campus package, are $900. See full pricing.

There is no minimum purchase and no required bundle. When you add an app later, your roster, rooms and staff are already in place. If you remove an app, the others continue to work as before.

The core student record is a name, a grade, a homeroom and a way to reach a guardian. Each app adds only what it needs, and only after your school turns it on.

Nothing is ever hard deleted

Records are archived, never erased, so a mistake can be undone and history stays whole. If you stop paying, Rostra becomes read only and every record stays ready to export.

Your school owns its data

Nothing is sold and nothing trains a model. Students never sign in, and health records are visible only to the people your administrators choose.

Answers to common questions.

Start with the app that addresses your most pressing need, whether that is devices, attendance and grades, behavior, family email or the health office. Main Office, Dismissal and Walkie are included from the start, and you can add other apps whenever you are ready.

Less than most schools expect. Import your student list from a spreadsheet, and Rostra flags any rows it cannot read so you can correct them. Staff are invited by email, and you can begin using your first app the same day.

No. Students never sign in, so there are no student passwords to manage. Staff sign in with their own accounts, and families who use the family page sign in with theirs.

The core record holds a name, grade, homeroom and a way to reach a guardian. Each app adds only the information it needs, and only when your school turns it on: Scholar holds the academic record, Nurse holds the health office record, and Conduct holds behavior records. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train a model.

Google Admin manages device settings and policies. Rostra Tech records who has each device, its condition and its costs. The two work side by side, and Rostra never changes device settings.

Rostra becomes read only, and all of your records remain available to view and export. Nothing is deleted, and a failed payment never locks you out during a busy week.
